Our client, a Global Healthcare Giant undergoing a massive digital transformation, is rewriting how they connect with doctors and patients worldwide. They need a creative, tech-savvy Learning and Enablement Expert to bridge the gap between complex Salesforce tech and the people who use it.
If you are a storyteller who loves Salesforce and knows how to make "boring" technical training feel like a premium learning experience, this is a role for you.
Responsibilities
- Design the Blueprint: You'll build and own the global training curriculum for Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud, creating tailored learning paths for different teams.
- Create Engaging Content: Move beyond boring PDFs. You'll produce high-quality playbooks, e-learning modules, and video content that people actually want to watch.
- Champion Innovation: Roll out brand-new tools like Agentforce (AI) and Data Cloud, ensuring the teams are always ahead of the curve.
- Own the "Learning Brain": Contribute to the implementation of a new LMS/LXP (Learning Management System), ensuring it's optimized for a high-performance CRM culture.
- Global Presence: Facilitate workshops and training sessions, both virtually and in-person.
Requirements
- The Salesforce Spark: Professional experience in Salesforce-based training, enablement, or adoption roles. You know the "Lightning" interface inside-out.
- Instructional Design: You understand how adults learn. You can translate technical "jargon" into simple, impactful business steps.
- Digital Creativity: Proficient in tools that make learning look good (SharePoint, PowerPoint, and e-learning authoring software).
