Your Responsibilities
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of around 20 employees, including team leaders
- Management of complex claims in the areas of motor vehicle and liability
- Strategic further development of the Motor division
- Sparring partner for insurers, lawyers, and other stakeholders
- Further development of processes, quality standards, and KPIs
Your Profile
- Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with a focus on traffic law
- At least ten years of professional experience
- Several years of management experience
- Entrepreneurial thinking and decisiveness
- Confident appearance at management level
