Together with our partner, a leading service provider in the dynamic skilled trades sector, we are looking for you as a Technical Support Engineer - First Level (m/w/d) at the Frankfurt location with 2 days of home office.

Your Tasks:
You are the first point of contact and the hero in the digital everyday life of the users. You ensure that the systems run smoothly and that the craft businesses can work efficiently.
- System Setup & User Management: You take over the professional administration of Office 365 user accounts and manage them securely and reliably
- Incident Champion: You are responsible for efficient ticket and incident management - you document cleanly and ensure quick solutions
- Tool Expert in Development: You familiarize yourself with professional IT Service Management tools (e.g., Matrix42, JIRA, ServiceNow) and apply them in a solution-oriented manner
- Troubleshooting & Analysis: You identify technical disruptions early, conduct initial error analyses independently, and actively contribute to stable IT operations
Your Profile:
We are looking for motivated career starters and intermediates who live the service concept and are ready to learn new things.
- Language: You have German language skills (C1/C2) and ideally experience in an international environment (English: B2)
- Communication: You are an open, friendly, and clear communicator who enjoys working with people
- Team Player: Teamwork is a matter of course for you - you work constructively and actively contribute to our dynamic IT department
- Service DNA: You think proactively, focus on user needs, and want to solve problems sustainably
- Your Plus: Initial experience or theoretical knowledge of IT processes (e.g., ITIL) is welcome, but we will teach you!
