We Deliver - your tasks

• You lead and develop your team with passion and sensitivity
• You ensure an unforgettable shopping experience and showcase our products perfectly
• You are responsible for personnel recruitment and development in your store
• You keep an eye on company key figures, processes, and targets and manage your store successfully
• You contribute your ideas to the daily store routine (from product selection to on-the-floor training)
• Organization of the store, keeping an overview, delegating, prioritizing; you keep a cool head even in high-traffic phases

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in a management position in retail is an advantage (ideally in the lifestyle/fashion/jewelry sector)
• Analytical thinking and confident use of KPIs and reporting tools
• Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, etc.)
• English language skills are an advantage
