My client, an innovative, dynamically growing consulting and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company in the energy sector, is looking for dedicated administrative staff (m/f/d) for the energy industry who are eager to take responsibility, work flexibly, and actively help shape the energy industry of the future, all nationwide.

Your Tasks

• No inbound calls and no end-customer stress • Diverse tasks with freely selectable focal points • Participation in varied projects in the electricity, gas, water, and heat sectors • Work with modern systems (e.g. SAP, powercloud, kVASy, Schleupen, Wilken) • Flat hierarchies, appreciative team culture & individual further development • A company that actively shapes the digital future of the energy sector

Your Skills

• You come from the energy sector
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the energy industry
• Good understanding of energy industry processes (electricity, gas, water, heat)
• Knowledge of at least one billing system: SAP, powercloud, kVASy, Wilken, Schleupen, or comparable
• Ideally, understanding of market communication, billing, device management, or customer service processes
