Your Tasks

• You will take over second-level support (incident management)
• You will support and advise the customer in the Citrix infrastructure environment
• You are responsible for the installation, administration (including troubleshooting and monitoring) of Citrix environments

Your Profile

• You can provide a completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification (IT training)
• You have very good knowledge in setup and troubleshooting with: Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Provisioning Services, Citrix MCS, Citrix Hypervisor, Citrix NetScaler, IGEL OS / Thinclients
• You have German language skills, at least at level C1
