Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to independently manage recruiting, personnel administration, and personnel development, actively supporting our teams.

Responsibilities

Recruiting & Active Sourcing

  • Responsibility for the entire recruiting process (from job profile to contract)
  • Creation and publication of job advertisements
  • Active sourcing on relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Xing) and talent pool development
  • Candidate communication, scheduling, and interview organization
  • Close collaboration with management for optimal filling of open positions

Personnel Administration

  • Maintenance of personnel files and master data (digital)
  • Preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and HR documents
  • Support with employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Point of contact for employees on administrative HR matters
  • Payroll accounting

Personnel Development

  • Contribution to the development of training and development measures
  • Organization of training sessions, feedback formats, and internal workshops
  • Support with employee reviews and goal/development planning
  • Further development of HR processes and structures

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Ideally, a completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree with an HR focus (or equivalent)
  • Practical experience in recruiting (ideally including active sourcing)
  • Solid knowledge of HR administration and basic labor law
  • Structured, independent work style and high trustworthiness
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
  • Very good German language skills
