With over 300 employees, the company has been offering comprehensive services in the fields of cable systems, radio systems, and network and transmission technology for more than 40 years. The focus is on the construction and support of high-performance telecommunications networks. The company operates throughout Germany at several locations and undertakes projects as a general contractor.

For the radio systems division, we are looking for a Specialist (m/f/d) for Occupational Safety and Health Protection at the Stuttgart / Korntal-Münchingen location. In this position, you will contribute to ensuring the safety and health of employees while simultaneously ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards.

Responsibilities

Implementation

• Independently work on measures and projects in the area of health / safety and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Conception

• Take responsibility for developing your own H&S concepts based on customer requirements and the certified management system.

Consulting

• Competently support management in all matters of occupational safety and health protection.

Audits

• Actively participate in audits and qualifications of customers and partners.

Training

• Conduct training sessions and create risk assessments as well as operating instructions.

Optimization

• Actively participate in ASA meetings and management meetings to continuously optimize safety measures.

Requirements

Qualification

• Certification as a Specialist (m/f/d) for Occupational Safety and Health or technical training, e.g., Technician/Master Craftsman (m/f/d) with additional qualification in occupational safety.

Experience

• Relevant knowledge in the field of occupational safety and health protection.

Soft Skills

• Consulting competence, customer orientation, and teamwork skills.

Language

• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.

• Driver's license class B.
