To strengthen the team, our client is looking for a Head of Electrical Engineering (ELT) who will take over the strategic direction of the electrical engineering department and lead the team both professionally and disciplinarily.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and further development of the Electrical Engineering department, responsibility for operational and strategic orientation
• Leadership and motivation of an interdisciplinary team of electrical engineering experts
• Independent management of complex projects in the field of electrical engineering (power and low-voltage technology)
• Ensuring the quality, deadlines, and costs of projects
• Development and implementation of innovative electrical engineering concepts and solutions
• Coordination with other specialist departments and interdisciplinary project teams within the framework of integrated planning processes
• Participation in the continuous optimization of workflows and BIM standards
• Responsibility for acquiring new projects and maintaining and expanding customer relationships
• Promotion of the further development and training of team members

Profile

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally with professional experience in project management and team leadership
• Comprehensive knowledge in the planning of electrical engineering systems and in the application of BIM processes
• Confident use of CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Plancal nova)
• Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and a structured approach to work
• Excellent communication skills and a good sense for the development of employees and departments
