As Regional Sales Director, you will be the commercial leader driving the next phase of growth for Perx across Europe. With a strong presence in the region and an existing customer base across BFSI and telecommunications, this role focuses on building revenue quickly---expanding strategic accounts, acquiring new logos, and securing multi-year enterprise deals.

This role is about building revenue fast. We are looking for a high-velocity enterprise hunter who can convert market access into closed revenue within defined timelines.

Success in this role demands a true market builder--- someone who operates with an entrepreneurial mindset and has a proven track record of winning and scaling large, high-value enterprise accounts, positioning Perx as the revenue growth engine for enterprise clients across Europe.

This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role.

What's the role?

  • Revenue Growth: Deliver against a 7-figure annual quota, with a clear expectation of exceeding targets, balancing short-cycle wins with strategic enterprise deals.
  • Build the Territory like an owner: Own the commercial growth of the European market --- from strategy to execution --- and develop a clear attack plan within the first 30 days.
  • Pipeline Creation: Hunt and build your own pipeline of enterprise prospects through outbound activity, strategic networking, and collaboration with marketing and our customer experience teams. Operate with the mindset: pipeline is owned by you, and amplified by the organization.
  • New Business Acquisition: Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, managing complex multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Drive Strategic Partnerships: Identify and active 2-3 high impact relationships with key ecosystem partners to accelerate go-to-market reach.
  • Go beyond selling: act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding clients' business challenges and aligning your solutions to their strategic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with cross-functional teams to develop tailor-made solutions, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with executive decision-makers.
  • Performance Excellence: Set clear sales performance metrics, develop territory growth plans, implement account planning, and drive disciplined execution through data-led quarterly business reviews within the company.

Who are we looking for?

  • 10 years of success in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and winning large, high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Strong ability to build and scale territories, driving both new logo acquisition and strategic partnerships.
  • Have closed multi-million dollar enterprise deals (6--8 figures).
  • Bring an existing European network across BFSI and/or Telco.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS, AI-led, and data-driven engagement solutions.
  • Strategic, data-led mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Are comfortable operating with minimal structure and high autonomy.
  • Can move from zero → pipeline → closed revenue quickly.
  • Ability to sell early-stage or evolving products.
  • High urgency, high accountability mindset.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages strongly preferred (i.e. German, French, and Spanish highly valued).
