Your Responsibilities:

• With your expertise and empathy, you build sustainable partnerships with decision-makers in clinics and operating centers.
• Your enthusiasm for our portfolio in the area of operating room supplies (mesh implants, scalpels, wound drainage, etc.) is infectious and convinces surgeons, nursing staff, and purchasing departments of the quality and benefits of our products.
• You manage the entire sales cycle, from tailored offers to confident contract negotiations, with strategic foresight and closing strength.
• At the most important trade fairs and congresses, you become the face of pfmmedical, representing our brand with passion and professionalism.
• You keep your finger on the pulse of the market, providing valuable input for the further development of our sales strategy and product offering.
• In close collaboration with your colleagues from inside sales and marketing, you ensure first-class service that delights our customers.

Your Profile:

• Through medical, nursing, or commercial training, you are well-versed in human physiology and business key figures.
• You remain steadfast during consultations and training sessions in the OR.
• You already have experience in field sales, ideally in medical technology or in the sales of complex products.
• Your sales strength, negotiation skills, and closing orientation set you apart.
• You love working independently in your region and possess a driver's license class B.
• Digital tools and CRM systems are self-evident tools for you, helping you maintain an overview and optimally serve your customers.
