Your Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of the overarching AI product strategy, identification and prioritization of value-adding use cases
• Product Owner responsibility for central AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, systems for optimizing employee experience)
• Ensuring the operation of AI systems (performance monitoring, incident management, SLA control)
• Coordination of the deployment of AI models and strategic rollout of updates/features
• Development of business cases including ROI assessment and definition of KPIs for steering AI initiatives
• Convincing presentation of strategies, roadmaps, and results to management, specialist departments, and external partners
• Coordination of compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, AI Act), responsibility for technical documentation and model lifecycle management
• Management of relationships with external AI service providers and technology partners

Your Profile

• Completed university degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of relevant work experience in a dynamic environment, ideally in AI product management
• Sound knowledge of machine learning, data modeling, and chatbot frameworks
• Very good analytical skills, conceptual and entrepreneurial thinking
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business processes and assess business value (ROI)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels
• Team player with initiative and goal orientation
