Your Responsibilities
- Administration and further development of our system landscape with a focus on virtualization, SAN & backup environments, and the Microsoft 365 cloud
- Independent planning and execution of projects and measures in the infrastructure area in close coordination with the IT Infrastructure Team Lead
- Ensuring a trouble-free and performant data center operation through proactive administration and maintenance of IT documentation as part of lifecycle management
- Development of automation measures (e.g., scripting, etc.) within your product responsibilities
- Competent and communicative contact person for our team colleagues within the scope of 2nd and 3rd level support based on our IT ticket system
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies or training in the IT field with at least 6 years of professional experience in complex IT environments
- You have very good, demonstrable knowledge in the technologies VMware vSphere / MS Hyper-V, PowerShell scripting, and NetApp storage data center solutions, Microsoft 365 Cloud Services (Azure AD / Identity and Access Management, System Center (Software / OS Deployment, Troubleshooting)
- You have experience in planning and implementing complex projects in a structured manner and systematically processing work results according to ITIL practices such as change requests and change management
- You work goal-oriented and have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working in a very well-functioning (remote) team and good German language skills in speaking and writing complete your profile
