- You will report to the Director Communications.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational responsibility for the corporate communications of Philip Morris Germany, including the management of the press office and media relations.
- Conceptualization, organization, and execution of communication measures across all channels.
- Definition of thought leadership and expert topics, and orchestration of spokespersons and measures across all channels.
- Management of agencies.
- Activation of classic press and public relations activities such as press releases, interview briefings, Q&A research, PR reporting, and editorial content to effectively communicate our corporate messages.
- Development and implementation of strategies for the company's social media presence and digital channels and activities to increase corporate perception and reach.
- Responsibility for proactive and reactive communication with the press, as well as maintaining and expanding press contacts.
- Preparation and launch of target group-specific content for various distribution channels (print, online, and social media), GEO, SEO.
- Communication support for external events, including the placement of speakers.
- Controlling, reporting, KPI definition, and measurement of measures for data-driven evaluation of communication activities.
Your Profile
- Completed university degree in PR, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience as a PR consultant or Communications Manager (m/f/d) or Head of a PR agency or corporate communications department.
- Enthusiasm for content development in the areas of corporate transformation, PR, and CSR.
- Strong communication skills combined with a high degree of teamwork and proactivity.
- Strong media network.
- Ability to present interrelationships convincingly and clearly.
- Independent, responsible, quality-oriented, and structured way of working.
- Extensive knowledge of the social media environment, specifically LinkedIn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as a sophisticated writing style.
