Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an HR Executive / HR Business Partner based in Berlin, Germany, with the flexibility for some remote work. The primary responsibilities include overseeing HR management and operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing employee relations. The HR professional will be an integral part of the team, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and fostering a positive workplace culture while navigating diverse challenges and handling personnel-related matters.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR)
- Proven experience with HR Policies and designing impactful policy frameworks
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations, ensuring effective communication and resolution
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to address diverse workforce needs
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in hybrid work environments
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements, including familiarity with German labor regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or startup sector is a plus
