Stellenbeschreibung

Construction Manager -- Solar (C&I Projects)

Location: Berlin (Hybrid) Salary: €80k

A fast-growing renewable energy company is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to take ownership of their commercial and industrial solar projects. This is a hands-on role where you'll be directly responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

This isn't a desk-only role - you'll be on-site, leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, and making things happen. If you love seeing projects come to life and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you.

Why this role is exciting

  • Lead and grow a team of Construction Supervisors
  • Manage EPC partners, subcontractors, and installation teams
  • Be part of a company scaling fast in the solar energy space
  • Hybrid working model: 3 days office / 2 days home
  • Travel to project sites when necessary

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising construction activities across C&I solar projects
  • Coordinating and managing third-party EPCs and subcontractors
  • Leading installation teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
  • Managing multiple stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Bringing a hands-on, problem-solving approach to the construction site

What they're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor or Manager
  • Strong people-management skills and a confident, extraverted communicator
  • Hands-on project experience (office-only experience is not enough)
  • Comfortable with multiple stakeholders and on-site decision-making
  • German language proficiency C1 mandatory
  • Existing subcontractor network is a plus

Package

  • Competitive salary (to be confirmed)
  • Hybrid working model
  • Additional benefits (bonus, holiday allowance, etc.) to be confirmed
