Team Lead - Commercial Asset Management

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor the commercial asset management team, building structures and processes to maximize portfolio performance.
• Monitor and optimize revenue streams, budgets, and financial reporting across the asset portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and investor requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to harmonize contracts and manage commercial relationships.
• Support acquisitions, divestments, and repowering projects from a commercial perspective.
• Implement tools and processes to improve transparency, reporting, and portfolio analytics.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in finance, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in renewable energy, energy infrastructure, or commercial asset management.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and experience with portfolio reporting and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent approach to work.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
