At our location in Osnabrück, we are looking for a Personnel Administrator (m/f/d) for our internal HR department in full-time.

What would be your responsibilities with us?

  • Payroll Accounting: You will take care of payroll accounting using DATEV and ensure that everything is done on time and accurately.
  • Contact Person: You will be the point of contact for questions regarding payroll, working time models, or our benefits -- our employees know they can rely on you.
  • Important Documents: You will ensure that employment contracts, supplementary agreements, and certificates are prepared correctly and on time.
  • HR Software & Processes: With perbit, you will keep track of administrative processes and ensure that everything runs smoothly -- from entry to exit.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have completed training as an office management clerk (office clerk), industrial clerk, or tax assistant, ideally with a focus on HR and/or are a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Accountant, or Salary Accountant.
  • You have sound experience in payroll accounting, and preferably have already worked with DATEV.
  • You have a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working.
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data.
