(Junior) Operations Manager (all genders)
In line with our continued success, we are looking for a dedicated personality for the (Junior) Operations Manager (all genders) to support our Operations Team and help us take some of the most exciting AAA games to the next level. This full-time role is based in our Munich/Planegg office in a hybrid capacity.
You will play a central role in developing project plans and ensuring that all assets are available for production on time to ensure a smooth global release. You will be the point of contact for our internal teams and external partners regarding the design and production of various assets, as well as their feasibility on a global scale.
Your Responsibilities
- You will create and maintain project and release plans and coordinate the flow of information between involved international departments.
- You will take on tasks in the planning and control of manufacturing processes.
- You will organize quality checks of production documents and print data as well as digital store assets and coordinate their release processes.
- You will maintain and check product-specific information and costs in internal database systems as well as software solutions such as SAP.
- You will organize the careful storage of production documents and data exchange with production sites.
- You will contribute to the department's sound expertise through independent research and document it by maintaining information pages in the internal Wiki.
Your Profile
- You have a completed university degree and/or a commercial or comparable apprenticeship.
- You are proficient in German grammar and spelling and have very good English skills (written and spoken).
- You are experienced in using common MS Office applications.
- You work independently, carefully, and in a structured manner.
- You have a quick grasp of things.
- You have an affinity for games.
