Your tasks, our support:

• Support at the start: For the first few weeks, we will support you with a targeted online training program in our in-house Academy.
• Training on the job: Colleagues and your team will accompany you to client appointments and show you everything important so that you can quickly find your way to success. In addition, an experienced colleague will support you for the first 12 months.
• Your network: You will receive a comprehensive partner network of renowned banking, financial services, and insurance institutions at the start, which will continuously supply you with sufficient leads.
• The sales process: You convince in acquisition to market through us and subsequently accompany the efficient process up to the notary appointment.
• Regional development: You act entrepreneurially in your region and continuously develop your network with the highest level of expertise.

• Sales experience: You are passionate about sales and can already demonstrate success (at least 2 years of professional experience are desirable).
