Your Tasks

• Support the setup of complex hosting platforms and ensure their smooth operation
• Speak the customers' language and reliably implement their requirements
• Optimize our systems through targeted monitoring
• Support the team in virtualization as well as the setup and operation of cloud solutions
• Resolve incidents and assist our customers with questions and adjustments

Your Profile

• Successful completion of an IT apprenticeship/training
• Fun and genuine passion for Microsoft system administration
• Experience with the command line and editors
• Initial experience with Windows-based servers and a basic understanding of scripting languages
• Interest in additional earnings through on-call duty
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing (C1 level) are important
• Valid driver's license class B
• However, your mindset and willingness to learn something new are more important to us than acquired skills!
