To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a (Senior) AI Engineer - Consultant (w/m/d) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

As an AI Engineer - Consultant, you will help our clients use artificial intelligence practically and effectively. You will develop smart solutions, advise on implementation, and ensure that AI is seamlessly integrated into existing processes.

Your Tasks:

• You will guide our clients on the path to AI-powered and data-driven processes and develop solutions that create real added value.
• You will develop AI solutions and integrate software solutions into our clients' complex system landscapes -- both on-premises and in the cloud.
• In workshops and meetings, you will identify potential for AI, structure requirements, and ensure that business value for the client always remains the focus.
• You will prepare and analyze data and seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
• You will support clients with adoption, change management, and governance, and guide them through the successful introduction of new solutions.
• Internally, you will actively participate in the development of consulting concepts, methodologies, and proof-of-concepts and pilot projects.

Qualifications

• You have proven experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• You have experience in software development and the deployment of software solutions (on-premises, cloud).
• Analytical thinking, a structured approach, and the ability to successfully manage even complex projects characterize you and bring you joy.
• You can communicate technical concepts clearly and understandably -- both internally and to clients.
• You hold a completed degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and the motivation to actively shape AI projects complete your profile.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• You are willing to travel (approx. 20%).
