Full Stack Developer

PODIX is a Bulgarian IT service company focused on offshore/nearshore software development services. We cover a diverse range of technologies in various industries -- from creative and design to front-end and mobile development and back-end integration, testing and delivery.

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with Kotlin and Angular (Mid to Senior level) to join our distributed team working on a cutting-edge web platform for the automotive industry in Germany. This long-term initiative powers one of the leading digital solutions for car dealerships, connecting multiple user groups and internal processes to streamline communication, customer service, repair tracking, and appointment scheduling --- playing a key role in the digital transformation of the team.

++The suitable candidate must be located in Bulgaria. We will not consider candidates from outside Bulgaria due to project specification limitations.++

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize a scalable web platform using Kotlin and Angular;
• Take ownership of your own features and collaborate closely with teammates across Europe;
• Ensure code quality through testing, clean design, and modern development practices;
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless platform performance;
• Continuously enhance the product by staying up-to-date with new technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin (preferred) or Java -- willingness to work primarily in Kotlin;
• Proven experience with Angular and TypeScript for frontend development;
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases;
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery workflows;
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Helm is a plus -- can also be learned within the project;
• Strong English communication skills.
