PolyTALENT is supporting a rapidly growing partner in the Limburg / Bad Homburg region in filling this key position. They are looking for a Civil Engineering / Road Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) with an interest in modern surveying technology, digital construction site management, and significant creative freedom.

Responsibilities

• Independent site management of projects in civil engineering and road construction
• Management of construction sites regarding deadlines, quality, costs, and execution
• Close coordination with foremen, subcontractors, and internal departments
• Support for other Site Managers (m/f/d) in surveying their construction sites
• Coordination and commissioning of surveying services within the team
• Creation of measurements, documentation, and project-related billing
• Use of modern measuring systems and digital tools for efficient construction site organization

Profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in civil engineering, civil engineering, road construction, surveying, or comparable field
• Professional experience as a Site Manager (m/f/d), Construction Project Manager (m/f/d), Civil Engineer (m/f/d), or in a similar role
• Practical experience in civil engineering, road construction, or near-surface infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Knowledge of surveying, measurement, and ideally experience with modern measuring systems
• A2 drone pilot license is welcome
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work on the construction site and in project management
• Enthusiasm for technical innovation and digital tools
• Clear communication, team orientation, and a Class B driver's license
