PolyTALENT is supporting a rapidly growing partner in the Limburg / Bad Homburg region in filling this position in construction surveying. They are looking for a Survey Technician or Survey Engineer (m/f/d) who actively uses modern surveying technology and helps shape the company's surveying processes.

Responsibilities

• Independent execution of surveying tasks for several construction managers in regional construction site deployment
• Construction surveying, as-built surveys, intermediate surveys, and measurements for billing
• Use of drone surveying, photogrammetry, and more
• Coordination with construction managers and foremen regarding surveying orders, intermediate surveys, and priorities
• Creation and evaluation of measurement data for operational construction site support
• Participation in the further development of the internal surveying concept and the technologies used
• Close collaboration with technical draftsmen and internal project participants

Profile

• Completed training as a Survey Technician (m/f/d), Geomatics Specialist (m/f/d), or a degree in Surveying Engineering (m/f/d), Geodesy (m/f/d), or equivalent
• Professional experience in surveying, ideally in construction surveying, engineering office, or construction-related field service
• Confident use of modern surveying technology
• Knowledge in as-built surveying, measurement, setting out, or construction-accompanying surveying is an advantage
• A2 drone pilot license or willingness to obtain one shortly
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enthusiasm for technical innovations and digital tools
• Willingness to travel to various construction sites in the region
• Driver's license class B
