Job Description

Your Responsibilities

• Support and advise existing customers regarding transport insurance and carrier liability.
• Review, develop, and optimize insurance concepts and contract solutions.
• Assess risks and assist in handling claims.
• Actively contribute to the further development of existing customer relationships.
• Support in acquiring new customer contacts.
• Close collaboration with colleagues from internal and external sales.
• Prospectively: Take over larger customer accounts and gradually develop into field sales – depending on desire and performance.

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in transport insurance and/or carrier liability.
• Sound expertise and interest in complex insurance law contexts.
• Good English skills for supporting international clients.
• Quick comprehension, decisiveness, and solution-oriented work.
• Team-oriented work style and willingness to take on operational tasks.
• Down-to-earth, pragmatic personality with clear communication.
• Motivation to take on responsibility and to develop professionally and personally.
