What awaits you:
- As a digital project manager, you will confidently manage large and small digital projects from briefing to implementation.
- The spectrum in which you can realize yourself is large and diverse: whether it be new websites, portals, apps, microsites, or other platforms – you will take responsibility for ensuring that these projects are implemented on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.
- You will manage technically complex projects and contribute the Customer Experience/User Experience perspective to the project through your technical understanding.
- You will be the direct point of contact for clients and manage the project both externally and internally.
- You will work closely with your interdisciplinary team and coordinate with colleagues across teams and locations.
- You will be responsible for the satisfaction of not only the customers but also the team within the scope of the projects entrusted to you.
- Additionally, you can take over Scrum meetings such as Sprint Planning, Review, or Retrospective, as well as Daily Stand-ups.
- Ideally, you have already gained and can contribute initial experience in the area of Generative Engine Optimization (LLM) for the findability of brands on AI platforms.
- Prospectively, you can also take on the leadership of customer teams, project managers, or team members.
What you bring:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a digital agency as a digital project manager, product owner, or scrum master.
- You have sound knowledge and practical experience in agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and are proficient in using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- You have a feel for the right project setup, be it Waterfall or Agile.
- You like to keep all the strings together: You enjoy working with numbers as much as managing and organizing diverse projects.
- Your communication skills enable you to advise colleagues from other departments as well as clients.
- For you, the best experience is a team effort – therefore, you think beyond silos or disciplines and are happy to support the entire team.
- Solution-oriented, structured thinking and working, with the necessary pragmatism and an agile mindset, characterize you.
