AI-Developer / KI-Entwickler (m/w/d) 100% remote

About the Role

We are seeking AI Developers to plan and create low-code automations for our clients -- 100% REMOTE -- no prior automation experience necessary.

Do you have a completed computer science degree or professional experience as a developer? Do you have an affinity for digital processes, artificial intelligence & automation? Then you fit perfectly into the desired job profile and are ideally suited for our constantly growing team.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will analyze our clients' business processes and develop suitable automation ideas.
• You will then implement these using modern low-code tools -- you will learn the necessary basics in a few weeks, even without programming knowledge.
• Every automation you build relieves the on-site team of a task -- thus creating a noticeable relief that the customer will thank you for.
• Here is a concrete example of a very simple automation for a property management company: "Damage report received" > "AI analysis" > "Responsible craftsman is commissioned" > "Tenant is notified"

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and implementing new SaaS applications for our clients
• Connecting software solutions via interfaces
• Kick-offs and meetings with clients
• Creating explanatory videos for user training
• User support, error analysis & troubleshooting

Salary: 4,000 to 5,500 Euros per month (gross) Further development and advancement opportunities are available in the coming years.

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in Business Informatics / Computer Science, IT specialist training, or programming skills.
• Technical understanding & problem-solving skills.
• Good ability to handle performance pressure.
• Quick comprehension & disciplined work ethic.
• Solid English skills for uncomplicated team communication.
• Residency in Germany or in a time zone with a maximum of ±2 hours difference to GMT+2.
• Prior knowledge of tools like n8n (or Zapier) is an advantage, but not necessary.
• Programming skills e.g. with JavaScript or Python are also an advantage, but not necessary.
