Your Responsibilities
- Build and optimize lead generation and lead scoring systems to identify high-value sales opportunities based on behavioral and firmographic data
- Work with B2B intent signals such as job postings, funding signals, company growth indicators, and similar datasets
- Develop predictive models for sales and marketing use cases (e.g., propensity scoring, lead qualification models)
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
- Develop and maintain data architectures, schemas, and data models
- Integrate and process data from external APIs and web sources
- Implement web scraping solutions to gather relevant market intelligence data
Requirements
- Proven experience with Databricks in production environments (Spark, Delta Lake, Workflows)
- Strong PySpark and Python skills for data transformation and processing
- Advanced SQL expertise for complex queries and data modeling
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipeline design and workflow orchestration
- Experience with API integrations
- Strong understanding of data architecture and scalable data models
- Experience with web scraping techniques and tools
- Fluent English
