About the Role
The legal industry is undergoing a significant transformation driven by AI, and our client, one of Europe's fastest-growing Legal Tech companies, is at the forefront of this change. Their AI software is revolutionizing the legal workflow, from initial client inquiries to the final legal documents, enabling law firms to operate with unprecedented speed, efficiency, and scalability.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the crucial first point of contact, making the initial impression and creating the first "wow" moment. Your role is to open doors to new clients and pave the way for our Sales Team.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify promising law firms that align with our client's profile through various channels including email, phone, LinkedIn, and more.
- Conduct initial conversations, qualify leads, and understand how our client's solutions can specifically address their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive Team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Experiment with new approaches, optimize outreach strategies, and contribute fresh ideas to the Sales Playbook.
- Maintain a clean CRM, meticulously document activities, and leverage data for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- A passion for persuasion, demonstrated through a friendly, reliable, and structured approach.
- Persistence, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to overcome initial rejections.
- Comfort with phone outreach, strong written communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
- Eagerness to grow within an ambitious team, both professionally and personally.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Bonus points for experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
