About PREDICT

  • We help our clients build predictable pipeline through our proprietary AI product (PREDICT OS), professionalize their go-to-market architecture, and double their closing rates through sales consulting.

We are now building our own Sales Team --- and are looking for hungry individuals who want to scale with us.

The Role

As a Growth Consultant, you will work directly with our CEO Levin to build the sales team from the ground up.

You will start as an Opener. Your sole mission: Generate maximum pipeline.

  • Convert warm responses daily from PREDICT OS --- our proprietary AI system for signal-based outbound.
  • Actively hunt via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Book discovery calls and get paid with uncapped commission.
  • Shadow Levin in meetings and receive direct coaching from him.
  • Learn every day --- and implement it on the same day.

Career Path

  • 6 months of strong performance as an Opener = you become a Setter and conduct discovery calls yourself.
  • 6 months of top performance as a Setter = you become a Closer and make Big Boy Money.
  • Afterwards: a direct path to Growth Consulting --- hands-on CEO-level consulting for our clients.

IMPORTANT:

  • We do not enforce a career path.
  • If you go all-in as an Opener and excel there, you will make 100k+ per year in that role too.
  • High performance here will pay off very quickly in every role.
  • Every stage is uncapped.

Your First 90 Days

  • Before Day 1: You will receive our Ramping Bible --- a 70+ page training document plus several hours of video material. Your job: Study. Internalize. Memorize.
  • Week 1-2: Two-day onboarding in Berlin. Setup, clarify open questions, get to know the systems. Afterwards: Go all out.
  • Week 2-4: Daily dials. Daily follow-ups with warm leads. Daily coaching. Goal: Quota by week 4.
  • Month 2-3: You are in the rhythm. Pipeline grows. First commissions flow. You shadow calls, refine your skills, build momentum.
  • After 90 days, you are a pipeline machine --- or you know this isn't for you. Both are okay. But we bet on the former.

  • You are young, hungry, and have a massive chip on your shoulder.

  • You implement feedback immediately.

  • You are an athlete or were one. Physical discipline is a hygiene standard for you.

  • You don't need a fat base salary as a safety net. You want maximum upside based on performance.
  • You speak German at a native level. Non-negotiable.

  • Previous B2B sales experience is nice-to-have, not a must.
