Are you passionate about increasing brand visibility on Amazon, driving growth, and making a real difference with clear ideas? In this role, you will take responsibility for performance, reach, and product presence -- closely connected to our community and in constant communication with Marketing, Product Design, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize advertising campaigns with a focus on results and clear target metrics (e.g., ROAS, ACOS, contribution margin).
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify patterns and trends, and derive concrete improvements for growth and efficiency.
- Maintain our product data clearly, consistently, and reliably, ensuring customers can quickly find what they are looking for.
- Improve the conversion rates and visibility of our products through targeted, data-driven measures.
- Stay open to new developments, continuously improve your skills, and drive your area forward with us.
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a comparable field.
- Practical experience in managing paid campaigns and a solid understanding of SEO optimization on Amazon or comparable performance platforms.
- Proficient in using relevant KPIs (e.g., ROAS, ACOS) and a strong understanding of numbers.
- Analytical and structured approach to work, with the ability to derive concrete actions from data.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Bonus: Language skills (written and spoken) in French, Spanish, and/or Italian.
- Bonus: Enjoyment of cooking.
