Your Responsibilities
- Analysis & Monitoring: Ongoing analysis of sales, margins, and costs of various business areas.
- Process Optimization: Further development of reporting, analysis, and forecasting processes, including the use of AI.
- Management Reporting: Creation of well-founded reports as an essential basis for decision-making for management.
- Business Case Modeling: Conducting business cases, scenario analyses, and investment calculations.
- Interface Function: Consulting and supporting specialist departments and management as a direct point of contact.
Your Profile
- Qualification: Successfully completed studies with a focus on Finance / Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience: Initial practical experience in controlling, ideally in the FMCG, eCommerce, or furniture industry.
- IT Skills: Confident use of reporting and database tools (MS SQL, PowerBI) and expert knowledge of Excel (including PowerQuery and Pivot).
- AI Affinity: Routine use of AI tools for optimizing and further developing reports and controlling instruments.
- Expertise: Profound understanding of business contexts and their analytical evaluation.
- Work Style: A structured, results-oriented approach and a proactive business partner mentality for management and specialist departments.
- Language Skills: Good communication skills in German and English.
