You'll build the outbound motion from scratch, run the full cycle, and turn founder-led selling into something repeatable; and as we grow, help build and lead the team behind it. €10k--30k ACV · annual contracts · cycles under 90 days.

• You're a hunter; independent, results-driven, you own your number
• You've created pipeline, not just followed up on inbound
• You can run discovery, demo and negotiation (up to C-level) without hand-holding
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a real affinity for digital products, AI and tech
• Strong HubSpot experience; you leave the CRM cleaner than you found it
