We are currently collaborating with a renowned financial company in Munich that offers you the following exciting position in Mid Office:

Bank Clerk - Guarantees & Bonds (m/f/d) - Full-time for Munich

• Start Date: Upon agreement
• Employment Type: Temporary employment for 9 months with the chance of being hired into the permanent staff of our client or an extension of the employment.
• Remote Work: Homeoffice possible 3 days/week

Your New Responsibilities:

• Processing of domestic guarantees and bonds in the corporate client segment
• Checking and entering incoming guarantee applications
• Documentation in internal banking systems
• Creation of standardized guarantee and bond texts
• Creation of free-text domestic guarantees
• Technical coordination regarding guarantee conditions and clauses
• Managing timely processing in daily business
• Clarification of customer inquiries regarding guarantees

What You Bring:

• Sound knowledge in the domestic guarantee business
• Experience with bonds and guarantees
• Meticulous work style with documentation texts
• Understanding of contractual legal contexts
• Confident use of MS Office
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
