Your Responsibilities:

• Transform customer requirements into software that delivers real value.
• Advise clients on the integration of our products.
• Act as a knowledge hub and mentor for the project team.
• Take technical leadership in national and international customer projects, spearheading the development of technical concepts.
• Collaborate with your project team to solve complex development tasks, analyze multifaceted problems, and evaluate errors.
• Assess user stories, write unit tests, and consistently keep customer requirements in focus.
• Contribute your personality, learnings, and ideas to your project team.

What You Bring:

• Proven skills in software development demonstrated through several years of professional experience.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, seeing solutions where others see challenges.
• Willingness to take leadership and make decisions within your project team.
• A commitment to maintaining a state-of-the-art tech stack and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Keen attention to detail, with a focus on clean coding principles, quality, and documentation.
• Good German and English language skills.
