Job Opportunity: Freelance Senior Influencer Strategy Lead (m/f/d)

On behalf of a client in the Pharma and Healthcare industry, we are currently looking for a freelance Senior Influencer Strategy Lead (m/f/d) to support an exciting project.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a global influencer strategy focused on topics such as obesity, weight management, and related health areas.
• Provide strategic input and guidance on future influencer collaboration concepts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and their agencies.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing and communications teams as well as external partners.

Tasks:

• Design and implement a long-term influencer strategy.
• Analyze existing campaigns and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop guidelines and processes for global influencer collaboration.
• Monitor influencer marketing trends and derive strategic actions.
• Coordinate closely with agencies and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Several years of senior-level experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record.
• Deep understanding of the influencer landscape and agency collaboration.
• Experience in developing global strategies and concepts.
• Industry knowledge in health awareness, ideally with a focus on obesity, diabetes, or related topics.
• Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
