We're looking for a Teamlead Influencer Marketing (m/f/d) to join our Marketing team and build influencer marketing into a core revenue channel, focusing on our brands kartenmacherei and Atelier Rosemood. This role offers real ownership in a high-potential function --- with space to professionalize, scale, and shape influencer marketing as a strategic channel. This role is remote within Germany.

Your Role

  • Ownership of influencer marketing strategy, taking over established activities (mainly on Instagram) while expanding into further channels and opportunities (e.g. TikTok or YouTube) including channel testing, creator segmentation and budget allocation to scale the channel into a core revenue driver

  • Develop and manage creator partnerships end-to-end, from scouting and negotiation through contracting and ongoing relationship nurturing across our brands

  • End-to-end campaign management including briefing, execution, performance tracking and continuous optimization based on data insights

  • Leadership and coaching of 6 direct reports (including working students) fostering an AI-first, experiment-driven culture while collaborating cross-functionally with Brand, Performance Marketing and Creative teams
