Department: Regional Development and Digitalization (ETN 4)
Im Fachbereich "Regionalentwicklung und Digitalisierung" (ETN 4) betreuen wir Fördermaßnahmen zu verschiedenen Themen der Regionalentwicklung sowie dem Querschnittsthema Digitalisierung im Rahmen des EFRE/JTF 2021-2027, verschiedener Landesprogramme und der Förderung über Strukturstärkungsmittel. Unsere Schwerpunkte liegen dabei auf den Bereichen Strukturwandel, nachhaltiger Tourismus, Wissens- und Technologietransfer sowie den Themenbereichen Mobilität, Logistik sowie Luft- und Raumfahrt.

Verstärken Sie diesen Bereich als Wissenschaftliche:r Mitarbeiter:in / Referent:in (w/m/d) im Bereich Regionalentwicklung und Digitalisierung

Your Responsibilities:
- You will work in a team of 11 scientific staff members.
- You will advise applicants from science and business on technical and funding-related issues within the scope of the supported funding programs, e.g., on the topics of mobility and logistics, aerospace, regional development, or knowledge and technology transfer.
- You will review and assess project outlines and applications for their suitability regarding funding policy objectives as well as their scientific and economic feasibility.
- You will support and evaluate research projects, potentially including on-site inspections.
- In exchange with experts from science and business, you will monitor the scientific and technical developments in the aforementioned subject areas and develop future funding measures.
Your Profile:
- You hold a completed scientific university degree in engineering or natural sciences, geography, or other spatial sciences; a doctorate is desirable.
- Ideally, you have knowledge in the field of project funding within the framework of publicly financed research projects.
- Experience in project management and knowledge of budget and administrative law are advantageous.
- You are strong in advising and communicate fluently in German (C2 level) and English.
- You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams, including across different locations, and convince with a reliable and meticulous work approach.
