The Internship

This isn't a coffee-fetching internship. You'll work directly on real projects---creating AI-generated content, building dashboards, and contributing to campaigns that thousands of executives will see. If you're curious, capable, and hungry to learn, you'll get more responsibility than you'd expect.

What You'll Learn & Do

AI Creative Production

This is a core part of what you'll do. You'll learn to create professional-quality images, animations, and short videos using AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Pika, and whatever's emerging. You'll develop real craft---understanding that 4-5 great assets require serious iteration, not just one prompt.

Video & Animation

Turn ideas into motion. Create animated social content, speaker teasers, and campaign visuals. You'll learn the full workflow from concept to final render---and develop an eye for what actually works.

Newsletter Support

Assist with newsletter operations---from drafting content to analyzing what's resonating with our audience.

Research

Track the Web3 landscape, identify potential speakers, monitor competitor events, and surface interesting opportunities.

You Should Apply If

• You've already experimented with AI image or video tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Pika, etc.) and you're excited to go deeper.
• You have some examples of AI-generated content you've created---even personal projects count. Show us you've played with this.
• You're a student or recent graduate genuinely curious about Web3, crypto, or where finance is heading.
• You're comfortable with spreadsheets and enjoy making sense of messy data.
• You can write clearly. Doesn't have to be perfect---just thoughtful and readable.
• You're self-directed. Remote work means you need to manage your own time and ask questions when stuck.
• You're more interested in learning than in having a fancy title.
