Job Description

Your Responsibilities
- Act as the right hand to the management and support daily business operations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate strategies.
- Serve as the interface between management, investors, and strategic partners.
- Independently lead and coordinate projects.
- Conduct market analyses, competitor research, and create business cases.
- Prepare for and support the Series A funding round.
Your Profile
- Completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Management, or comparable). Initial experience is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools.
- High resilience, loyalty, hands-on mentality, strong initiative, and flexibility.
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and ensure discretion.
