👋 Your Responsibilities

• Schedule 3-5 demos daily from warm leads and conduct them independently.
• Contact new leads within 5 minutes.
• Provide strategic advice to prospects on their sales and recruiting process.
• Secure deals with a closing rate of over 50%.

• Full-time commitment required; potential for permanent employment after 2-3 months based on strong performance.
• Minimum of 2+ years of B2B sales/closing experience with a proven track record and consistent closing rates of 50%+.
• Ideally, experience in the HR or recruiting environment.
• Passion for our vision and comfort in an A-player setup where everyone takes responsibility and strives for progress.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Slack, Notion, and CRM systems, as you will be selling software.
