Description
We are looking for experienced German linguists who can transcribe German audio content into German SDH (Subtitles for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing).
Scope of Work
- Transcribe spoken German audio directly into German SDH format
- Ensure accuracy in dialogue, speaker identification, and sound cues
- Create SDH subtitles with proper timecoding and subtitle formatting standards
- Adhere to project-specific style guides and quality requirements
Requirements
- Native proficiency in German
- Proven experience in SDH transcription or subtitle creation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with subtitle tools (e.g., OOONA Tools) preferred
