• You take over general administrative tasks
• You take over the organizational and administrative support of the team (e.g. preparatory accounting)
• You create monthly reports and statements (such as credit card statements)
• You organize telephone, mail, and e-mail traffic

Your Skills

• You have successfully completed vocational training as e.g. an office clerk and / or relevant professional experience
• You enjoy dealing with customers and convince with a confident, friendly, and well-groomed appearance
• You enjoy working in projects
• You work responsibly, independently, structured, and have a good understanding of numbers.
• Thanks to your organizational talent, you don't lose track even in stressful situations
