Overview
We are seeking a dependable Remote Admin Support team member to assist with day-to-day administrative tasks in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with little to no prior experience. Full training and clear guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Support email management and scheduling
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Prepare basic reports and summaries
- Coordinate virtual meetings and appointments
- Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines
- Perform general administrative support tasks
Requirements
- No prior administrative experience required
- Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates welcome
- Basic computer skills (email, documents, spreadsheets)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic written English communication skills
- Reliable internet connection
