Job Description

Your Responsibilities

• Management of contract and change order processes
• Review of potential change orders according to client specifications
• Participation in change order negotiations, including preparation and follow-up
• Monitoring and evaluation of project risks and reporting during the project phase, as well as initiating countermeasures for potential change order issues
• Support and advice in contract and change order negotiations
• Creation and preparation of target-actual comparisons in the respective projects (planning, execution, construction circumstances, deadlines) and all documents related to the change order

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Business Administration or Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification with corresponding technical and economic know-how
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience with the relevant regulations (HOAI, VOB)
• Very good IT skills, especially MS Office and ideally iTWO knowledge
• Willingness to travel
• Consulting competence, assertiveness, negotiation skills, as well as independent and self-responsible work
