As part of building PTXRE, we are looking for an Investment Analyst (m/f/d) in Berlin, starting immediately.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creation of market, location, and competitor analyses
• Support and execution of due diligence in the context of real estate sales and buyside mandates
• Independent creation of investment calculations and cash flow models, as well as valuation of real estate and real estate portfolios (e.g., DCF, residual value)
• Preparation of market and pitch presentations, exposé documents, and decision papers for investors
• Involvement in the acquisition and marketing of residential and commercial properties
• Maintenance and analysis of internal and external databases

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in economics, real estate management, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in real estate, investment, corporate finance, or consulting
• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate and investment analyses
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• A structured, meticulous, and independent way of working characterizes you
• Teamwork, strong communication skills, as well as high motivation and willingness to learn
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel (including financial modeling) and PowerPoint
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
