Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Instagram, from initial concept to ongoing performance management.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop clear, concise, and goal-oriented reports that empower clients to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with influencer and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of paid and organic strategies.
  • Actively participate in pitches and client presentations, providing expert consultation on paid social strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid social advertising, preferably within an agency or a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with a comprehensive understanding of full-funnel campaign strategies.
  • A keen eye for creative content, with a strong understanding of effective formats and hooks for different platforms.
  • Experience with influencer whitelisting or creator ads is a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
