Job Description

As a working student in Claims Management (m/f/d) in the Mastercard team, after comprehensive training, you will be independently responsible for the complete processing of payment disputes for credit card holders. You will also have direct contact with credit institutions, cardholders, and Mastercard.

Work location is Saarbrücken.

Your tasks:

  • Initial processing and later more complex reprocessing of claims cases
  • Analysis of transaction data to identify the correct claim situation
  • Telephone and written communication with cardholders to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Correspondence also in English

What you bring:

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) at a university or college in a business administration degree program, ideally with a focus on purchasing
  • Conscientious and structured way of working, as well as good analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with various departments and external partners
  • Willingness to work in the afternoon until 7 PM
  • A reliable, solution-oriented approach
