Responsibilities

• Overall technical management of residential properties in close coordination with commercial property management.
• Ensuring legal compliance: Monitoring and controlling technical systems as well as relevant inspection and maintenance deadlines.
• Planning, controlling, and invoicing modernization and maintenance measures for residential properties.
• Cost and quality control of ongoing construction projects and consistent defect management.
• Regular property inspections to assess condition and derive necessary measures.
• Preparation and, if applicable, participation in owner meetings on technical topics.
• Technical advice and communication with owners, tenants, and service providers.

Qualifications

• Technical training or degree (e.g., building services engineering, civil engineering, building technology, facility management) or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in technical property management in the residential real estate sector.
• Sound understanding of maintenance, renovation processes, and technical as well as legal requirements.
• Experience in managing service providers and evaluating offers/costs.
• Routine in property inspections, defect recording, and derivation of technical measures.
• Structured, independent way of working -- also in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills in dealing with owners, tenants, and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally and good IT skills.
